2. B2 Aircraft Engineer
Job Description:
  • Perform Pre-departure, Transit, Service Check, and unscheduled maintenance according to approved procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining aircraft, ground equipment, and facilities as needed to meet airworthiness standards, operating schedules, and performance standards.
  • Ensure that the aircraft is dispatched for operations in an airworthy condition, properly equipped, and configured for operation maintained in accordance with aviation regulation and company procedures.
  • Accompany the aircraft as engineer on-bord to support aircraft flying program domestically and internationally.
  • Participate in providing as needed on-call support for AOG events or other situations requiring time-critical technical support.
  • Any other task assigned by Maintenance Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduates of Aviation Technical School, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences as a certifying aircraft engineer on 737NG aircraft.
  • Hold a valid Bl or B2 AMEL with B737-800 and B737-400 type rating. A320 type rating will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proficient in common software applications including Word and Excel.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-motivated, det demonstrate high initiative and able to work under pressure, independently and in accordance with direction provided.
  • Hold a valid passport.

3. Duty Engineer
Job Description:
  • Tracking and monitor aircraft operations and determines it’s technical status.
  • Support all Line Stations requirements to ensure the airworthiness of aircraft dispatched.
  • Communicate all performance and operational penalty item to Flight Crew and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
  • Manage aircraft schedule disruptions and recovery in consulting with Line Maintenance/Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
  • Identify/check aircraft spares required for Deferred Maintenance Item (DMI) closing, AOG aircraft, etc. Communicate to material Management for actioning as required.
  • Coordinates with related units in terms of spare parts, tools, equipment, special test equipment, manpower, time, and operational limitation.
  • Prepare technical delay summary and make sure completion of Aircraft Maintenance Delay Report (AMDR).
  • Control and monitor of the Line Maintenance irregularities Report and coordinate with Operation Control Center.
  • Update aircraft status on daily basis to Maintenance Control Center and related unit.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduates of Aviation Technical School, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience an aircraft maintenance at least five years, and one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experienced to implement Maintenance Operational Control functions covered: aircraft daily operational, monitor availability of aircraft as well as manpower production and controlling performance on the aircraft.
  • Aircraft Maintenance License with 737-400 & 737-800 series endorsement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English language.

4. Defect Analysis & Management Engineer
Job Description:
  • Support the Maintenance Control Center team of relevant technical matters on aircraft operational and/or on ground handling or similar situations to initiate fast recovery.
  • Provide support and advice on aircraft defect troubleshooting to line maintenance and outstation personnel
  • Ensure control and monitoring of airworthiness and non airworthiness defects across the fleet
  • Evaluate, control, and monitor all repetitive defects and follow up on the effectiveness of rectification/repairs that have been carried out to prevent recurring problems
  • Contribute toward the development and implementation of procedures to control and monitor deferred and repetitive defects
  • Provide technical advice to Line Maintenance and Duty Engineer when irregularities occur to help accelerate the resolution of problems occurs and initiate fast recovery.
  • Support the Duty Engineer in thecontrol and monitoring of AOG recovery
  • Provide interpretation of all technical issues pertinent to the situation, and when necessary, obtaining technical assistance from internal and external resources to ensure
  • Contribute toward the realization of safe, compliant and efficient aircraft operations
  • Any other duties as assigned by (Title of Organization Level) Maintenance Control Center.
Requirements:
  • Graduates of Aviation Technical School, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years’ experience as aircraft maintenance.
  • Experienced in aircraft system defect troubleshooting, repetitive problem evaluation and technical advice during operational and maintenance on daily basis.
  • Aircraft Maintenance License with 737-400 & 737-800 series endorsement.
  • Fluent in English language.

5. Material Planner
Job Description:
  • Determine the required spare levels of component and expendable spares by establish and update minimum stock levels.
  • Monitor minimum or maximum stock levels and coordinate stock level adjustments with Aircraft Maintenance, Supply Chain, and/or other departments.
  • Coordinates with Supply Chain to ensure necessary inventory of materials are available to timely meet requirement.
  • Communicates with other Department regarding priorities and material shortages.
  • Review requisition requests to determine material requirements and material priorities based on inventory availability prior send to Supply Chain.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduates of Aviation Technical School, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years in aircraft maintenance/planning/engineering/warehouse.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proficient in common software applications including Word, Excel and Project.
  • Holding Basic Planning Training Certification will be an advantage.

6. Production Controller
Job Description:
  • Ensure all required material, tools, equipment, manpower, manuals, and/or hangar slot is available prior release the work order.
  • Coordinate with Duty Engineer on aircraft movement for performance of work orders in LM or MRO.
  • Control the performance of Work Order or schedule maintenance issued for Line Maintenance or MRO.
  • Check and Review Work Order received upon completion for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with LM/MRO/Duty Engineer, Control and Update of all in progress work of unscheduled maintenance.
  • Keep copy of logbook, maintenance form (Service/Daily Check, transit check, predeparture check, etc) before sending to Technical Record.
  • Liaison with Engineering in any technical issue required Engineering assistance.
  • Support to manage Flight Data Service such as NDB update and ACMS data (copy memory card data to server and prepare new memory card to install).
Job Requirements:
  • Graduates of Aviation Technical School, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years in aircraft production control/planning/engineering/maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proficient in common software applications including Word, Excel and Project.
  • Required training: Basic Planning.

7. Technical Records & Publication Officer
Job Description:
  • Monitor, download, update, and distribute all technical publications generated from aircraft, engine, or component vendors.
  • Updating all aircraft maintenance tasks statuses such as LDND, HT component status, OC/CM status, Engine LPP status, Landing Gear LLP status, and AD status
  • Input to the database for pilot/maintenance report and component replacement record
  • Input to database flight and cycle daily utilization data (aircraft, engine, APU, and component)
  • Collecting, scanning, and keeping all records (such as logbook, task card DFP, component ARC, etc.)
  • Provide support with aircraft status reports for audit and/or renewal of C of A and C of R.
  • Maintained document storage, regularly checked temperature and humidity levels, and ensured all conditions complied with DGCA and lessor requirements.
  • Input required ECTM data to the OEM portal.

Job Requirements:
  • Graduates of Aviation Technical School or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in aviation technical discipline, preferably technical records
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English skills
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Self-motivated, high initiative, and able to work independently
