Manager - Mineral Processing

Job Description:

Implement and oversee process optimization initiatives to maximize gold recovery and minimize operating costs.
Collaborate with metallurgists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in processing techniques.
Develop and manage production plans and schedules to meet production targets.
Monitor and adjust processing parameters to optimize throughput and efficiency.
Ensure the production of high-quality gold concentrate in compliance with established standards.
Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the processing stages.
Ensure all processing activities comply with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to minimize workplace incidents and accidents.

Reqruirement:

Min. Bachelor Degree / S1 Metallurgical Engineering or any related field.
Min. 10 years of experiences as a Metallurgist.
Experienced in gold mining company in prefered.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and environmental standards.
In-depth knowledge of mineral processing, extraction methods, and metallurgical processes.
Have excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Willing to be placed and or assigned in all working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk & Group.
