Team Member Research & Business Development (Mechanical)
Overview :
Develop plans for business and development strategy. Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies.Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development.
Qualifications :
- Fresh Grad or max. 5 years exp. in the field of Mechanics Engineering Consultant or related field.
- Min. Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering specifically Electric Vehicle.
- GPA min. 3.00.
- Deep understanding and experienced on Electric Vehicle.
- Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language due to the nature of this role.
- Able to using Mandarin language for business proposed is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, active thinking, strong learning and adaptation abilities.
- Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion.
- Wiling to traveled all around Indonesia.
Job Requirements :

- Educate, lead and supervise members of the business dev team to ensure the project's achievements.
- Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities.
- Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors.
- Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle business deals operations and activities.
- Oversee the implementation of different contracts.
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Create and present a detailed report for upper management.
